What countertop materials do you offer?

We fabricate and install granite, quartz, marble, quartzite, porcelain, and solid surface. Each has its own strengths — quartz is the easy, non-porous everyday surface; granite and quartzite are durable natural stones; marble is the showpiece. We'll help you weigh the look, durability, and upkeep of each for how you actually use your kitchen.

Do you fabricate and install, or just one?

Both. Your countertops are cut and finished in our own Sarasota shop and installed by our team — one company from template to set, so nothing gets lost handing your project between vendors. For customers outside our local install area, we also fabricate and ship countertops across Florida.

How long does a countertop project take?

Most projects move from template to installation within a couple of weeks, depending on the material, slab availability, and our current schedule. We give you a realistic timeline in writing with your quote rather than a one-size-fits-all promise.

Do I need to seal my countertops?

It depends on the material. Engineered quartz is non-porous and never needs sealing. Natural stones like granite and quartzite should be sealed roughly once a year — a simple ten-minute job that keeps stains from setting in. Marble asks for a little more attention. We walk every customer through the care for their specific surface at install.

Will my countertops have seams?

Most kitchens need at least one seam, because stone slabs come in limited sizes and a typical layout is larger than a single slab. We plan seam placement thoughtfully — keeping them out of high-visibility spots where we can — and join them tightly so they're as discreet as possible. On a large island we'll often dedicate a slab to keep the veining continuous across the top.

Can you cut for my sink, cooktop, and faucet?

Yes. We cut and finish openings for undermount or drop-in sinks, cooktops, faucets, soap dispensers, and any other fixtures to your exact spec. Undermount sinks take extra polishing on the cut edge, which we handle as part of the fabrication.

What edge profiles can I choose from?

From a clean eased (square) edge to beveled, bullnose, ogee, and thick mitered built-up edges. The edge is the finishing detail that defines how the counter looks and feels, and we'll show you samples when we measure so you can see and touch the options.

How much do new countertops cost?

Cost depends on the material grade, total square footage, the edge profile, the number of cutouts, and how involved the install and old-counter removal are. We give an itemized written quote after seeing your space — never a guess over the phone. There are no surprise add-ons after a slab is cut: what you approve is what you pay.

Do you offer a warranty?
